Alaskan Cruise

About 2 weeks ago Kelly and I went on an Alaskan cruise.  It was gorgeous.  We flew up to Seattle, and then on the cruise ship we had ports in Juneau, Skagway, and Victoria. The cruise ship also went through Tracy Arms Fjords that were incredible.  We had a great time, and we would love to go on another cruise sometime in the future.  It was so great seeing good entertainment every night, having food to eat whenever we wanted, never cleaning, and waking up in a different city every morning.  I love being treated like a princess and being pampered all week.  Kelly's goal was to gain 10 lbs. when we were there, but he didn't quite make it.  After our cruise we stayed in Seattle in an interesting hotel that was a little on the sketchy side.  They set us up in their Jacuzzi Suite, which was the strangest part.  The Jacuzzi was in the middle of the room without any curtains or anything.  There wasn't a shower or a bath either.  I thought I would try the jacuzzi out and it didn't even work.  It was basically a huge, unenclosed bathtub in the middle of the room. We decided to stay at a hotel that was next to the airport since it was so much cheaper.  The walls were paper thin, and people were coming in and out ALL night long, so I could hardly sleep.  We did like the employees, the continental breakfast and the shuttle that took us back and forth to the airport.  The accommodations were very clean, but old.  We would take the light rail into the city to see all of the sights.  We went to Pike's Market, the waterfront, and the Aquarium.  We also walked around the city a lot.  We want to go back to Seattle and catch everything that we missed.

In Skagway we saw this little guy and we thought he was adorable.  He was one of the ticket takers
